My (short) Story
I was an athletic kid spending my youth in small town Indiana, staying outdoors year around running though woods and fields with my friends and playing sports with the neighborhood kids. By the time I reached high school, my growth slowed when it seemed everybody else was still going. My obsession with fitness was born.

I pumped iron, read the muscle mags, and stayed dedicated throughout college. During that time I became a personal trainer (best college job ever) and built up a client base, met amazing people, and enjoyed one of the best periods of my life.

But then burnout hit and I no longer enjoyed my workouts. I suffered several shoulder injuries and was experiencing back pain. I became focused on other area of my life and let that part fade away.

When most people were putting on their “college 20” (lbs that is), I slowly lost 25lbs of muscles and maintained a fairly decent physique since.

Then over the past few years, I began to experience bouts of low energy and I was getting frustrated with nagging hindrances such as poor flexibility and back pain.

So I again made it a priority but set out this time with over decade’s worth of learning how to learn things. I have since implemented a lifestyle that has my phyiscal performance at an all-time high and feeling better than ever.
